Our downloadable product process
To order downloadable products you must add them to your order and complete the order by checking out and entering your payment information.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Once full payment is received, we will release your downloadable products.
At present, the only instant downloadable method is through paypal. All other payment methods require manual processing.
Our website order process
Packaged solutions can be added to your cart and we will follow up and begin the design and development process of the website.
Packaged solutions allow you to choose a design, have it personalized and built within a specific timeframe.
Our support process
Many tasks may have a set period of time allocated to completing the task. Our prices are fixed for these types of tasks as we have estimated how long it will take to fix.
There are other support tasks where the estimated time for completion is unknown, so we offer time periods in blocks and an initial consultation to estimate what the problem is and how long it may take to fix.
