Reasonable support
We offer email support only. Reasonable support times are within 12 hours (same day) for a response. We do not provide phone support at this time.
 

Download Access
You can only access downloads from within your personal account. Downloads are limited to 2 downloads per product.
 

Non-payment policy
If you do not pay the agreed price for the services we provide, we reserve all rights to terminate any agreement we have with you.

All unpaid assets will be absorbed to cover our costs.
 

Refund Policy
We will only refund for non-working products (eg. the product fails to work in your hosting environment).

We do not refund for wrong choices, mistaken choices, accidental choices - please choose wisely.
All refund requests are taken into consideration on a case by case basis.
